Weight loss?

hi its me again im 11 and i need to lose 6 pounds in the winter im going to join basket ball but intill then any tips on loesing weight because im very lazy!!! and i love sweets if i have something salty then i need sweet is there any think that i could do to make me lose weigh or help me get less lazy like a good goal bc i do get a goal then i go w/e and i dont get motavated plz plz plz plz plz help!!

As for losing weight, ur 11, u don't need to worry about that yet. Maybe just lay off the sweets a little. And ur goal, it should be looking forward to b-ball season.

Reply:try to dont eat the salt and sweet food. i suggest you to get healthy food,like salad, or mix vegetables when you going to chinese restourant also drink water is more healthy than soda or something alls. i promise you that you"ll lost your weight.
