Puppy trounle?
He's a puppy, and this sounds quite normal to me.
Make sure you give him LOTS of exercise. Take him on walks, run around with him-wear him out. He is biting something he shouldnt be (like the couches or table) distract him from it with a toy you would like him to chew on, and when he takes it tell him he's a good boy!
When you take something away from him, instead of just grabbing it out of his mouth put a treat in front of his nose and say 'drop it' or 'let go' and trade whatever it is that he has for a treat. Eventually he will get that if he 'drops' or 'lets go' of what he has, he gets a good treat.
It takes a lot of time and patience, but it sounds to me like your pup is just showing normal puppy behaviour. I reccommend getting him a crate for potty training.
Do NOT repremand him for going potty in the house unless you catch him IN THE ACT. Even if it is seconds after he is done, walking away from the mess he made, you cannot yell at him as the deed is already done and he has moved on. You need to keep an eye on him, and if you can't watch him-that's when the crate comes in handy. Take him outside about five minutes after he eats, drinks water, plays, gets excited, wakes up, and before bed-and you need to go out with him and when he potties outside, give him loads and loads of praise!
Consistency is key and if you stay on top of it, soon enough he will understand that pottying inside gets him shoved outside and makes you upset, but pottying outside is a good thing!
Best of luck, be patient and consistent and you'll be surprised how fast he learns.
