Need an inexpensive wedding for two around miami beach. Anyone have any experience? Or tell us who to call?

We were thinking of the keys, but he wanted to know if Miami beach or key biscayne would be cheaper...our main wedding has been rescheduled for this winter. We had to postpone it this June 16th due to an emergency job transfer and it broke our hearts because this has been the 2nd time work has broke our wedding plans up. We took this week off and decided we are sick of work taking priority over our personal plans. We have lived together and worked together for 4 years, and are evry ready...and really excited about doing it this week ..but we looked at each other and laughed because we had it all planned out in another state and have only been here 2mos and don't have all the info we would like to have so we are asking for your help...
