Poem 38 - 25-10-06?

Your voice sounds like the first sweet bird song of spring

Like the rustle of rose petals as they are bathed in an evening summer breeze

Like autumn leaves as they fall gracefully to the ground

Like church bells welcoming me in on a crisp winter's morning

Your lips feel like spring's first warm rays of sun

Pulling me in like the intense heat of summer

They hold me like a gentle, balmy autumn breeze

And kiss me like a gentle snowflake falling on Christmas Eve

Poem 38 - 25-10-06?
Unrequited love. Gushing, sentimental love. Doting for someone's attention, desperate searching for reciprocation. Someone starving for love wrote this, anonymously and alone, wishing for love that is, as yet, eluding him/her.
