Looking for a roast pork recipe with orange marmalade?
For me, this one is super-fast, because pork tenderloin is a cut that cooks quickly. Simple and delicious.......

Orange-Glazed Roast Pork

1/4 cup orange marmalade

1 tbsp ketchup

2 tsp cider vinegar

1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp each ground coriander, cumin, and salt

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 pound well-trimmed pork tenderloin

1. Preheat the oven to 425 deg F. Press the marmalade through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solid bits. In a small bowl, combine the strained marmalade, ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. In another small bowl, combine the coriander, cumin, salt, and ginger. Rub the spice mixture into the pork.

2. Line a small roasting pan with foil. Place the pork in the pan and roast for 10 minutes. Brush half of the marmalade mixture over the pork and roast for 10 minutes. Brush with the remaining marmalade mixture and roast for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through but still juicy. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 4.

1 Loin Roast, 2 to 2 1/2 lb.

1/3 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce

1/4 cup orange marmalade

U can just add the potato and the brussels.

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line shallow roasting pan with foil for easy cleanup. Wash hands. Place roast in foil-lined pan.

2. Stir together stir-fry sauce and marmalade in small bowl; brush some of the sauce over pork.

3. Roast pork 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done (internal temp 155°F), brushing with more sauce every 20 minutes.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with seasoned rice and steamed snow pea pods. Refrigerate leftovers.
Reply:Hi. This isn't exactly the same but it would adapt, I think - and it's delicious anyway. For four people, four big pork steaks, plus some finely chopped onion, one pint of boiling water in which you're steeped three or four Orange Spice (or similar) tea-bags and a medium sized pot of marmalade - I like mine wickedly dark. And you need a shallow baking dish that will allow you to have all four pork steaks side by side.

Put the chopped onions in the bottom of the baking dish; then place the pork steaks on top. Now take the pint of tea and melt the marmalade into it and pour it all over the pork and cook for at least an hour at about 350% ... keeping checking and re-spooning the juice over the pork because you get this thick crispy orange crust. (This is an intuitive's recipe, so a bit of this and a bit of that if you like ... a drop of sherry sometimes goes well).

You could cook the vegetables separately ... roasting the sweet potatoes ... my mouth waters.
