Could I still be in love with my ex?

I am dating the most amazing, wonderful, sweet, loyal, honest, smart, hot, and kind guy you could ever meet. We've been together for about a month now. I dated his best friend last winter for about two months.





My ex and I are ok friends now. But I'm worried I might be falling for him again. I don't want to be, he's a jerk, callous, extramily smart, but has a sadistic streak a mile long. But it's just.... idk. Advice, plz? He still like me, btw.

write everything good about your current boyfriend and everything bad about the other boy and all the reasons why you are not together.
Reply:you always want what you can't have, he might be jealous to see you with someone and trying to ruin it. Why did you break up? have you heard the grass is greener on the other side? well you are just remembering the good times you had with him and when you start to feel that way think of the things you didn't like and bring yourself back to reality- do you want to be with that and just ignore the ex and let yourself be happy with the new guy.
Reply:The thing is is that its human nature to want what you cant have but i think that you shou,d remind yourself that you love you boyfriend and hes all the good thing you listed. Stick it out with your boyfriend, he sounds really nice and if you go back to the other guy then it will be you that gets hurt in the end.
Reply:Hmmm....maybe it was a mistake to go out with your ex's friend, cos you've still got like a connection to him by going out with his mate haven't you. Might be hard but maybe having a break from your current boyfriend will help, cos then you can have time to forget about your ex...
