Can It Be?

There is this boy at school who i like. I knew him since last year up until now. He is the sweetest guy ever and we have things in common. I always walk him to the student parking lot and give him hugs when he leaves. I always ask if there is anything going on that he was welcome to tell me...maybe i could help him with. I remember when we went to our winter break i walked him to his car and i kissed him on the cheek %26gt;///%26lt; he found out that i had a crush on him because i guess i made it obvious when i was trying not to. but the thing is that he hasn't dated for 5 years since a certain incident with his previous girlfriend. He told me that he didn't want me to get involve in a situation like that at all because he knew that i was too "innocent" and he didn't want to be the one to ruin it for me. I thought it was sweet but at the same time i ask myself do i even have a chance with him? any suggestions? should i wait? or should we be friends?

you have every chance in the world with him... the real question is does he have a chance with you... you are a sweet girl and not to many girls are truly sweet and kind and nice... please what ever you do dont lose that side of you... but it sounds like he likes you otherwise he would be annoyed if you walked him to the car (personaly i would love that)... and its great how you can be open with him... but start to build trust... like tell him something about you that no one knows and like trust him with it and he will start to trust you and the best relationship starts with the best friendship... best of luck to both you of you (and if for some reason this guy is crazy enough to not want you, there is some guys that will cherish you!!!)
Reply:Honey he should be walking you to your car, not the other way around. Obviously he doesn't want a commitment, so I would continue to be his friend. I would find some else that might be interested. Then the first guy will probably come around, because usually guys want what they can't have!!
