Help?? What to do for my 17th birthday??

So here's the situation. I kinda missed my sweet sixteen (a.k.a. I didn't have one) so I want to make up for it this birthday party.

Should I have people at my house or should we go out?

Sleep over or just a day party?

It is winter so that rules out the pool party ideas. I usually do a craft sort of thing at each of my parties so here's a list of things I've already done in the past:

Decorated shirts

Homemade pizza (dough and everything)

Made Jewelry

Wood painted initials

The ages are 15-17 yrs. I would really like it to be a fun party!

All help is appriciated!!

Help?? What to do for my 17th birthday??
you could look at your local college if you are looking for something crafty to do they may have a one day course

my local college does a one day learn to make jewellery but you said you had already done this but your college may have other things open

if this doesn't sound like the kinda thing you want to do you could go shopping then have a meal or stay home and have everyone join in to make a special dinner then have a sleep over
Reply:You could have some kind of make over party, where you could have someone do your nails or something or you could go ice skating or ten pin bowling. Or do something really different like some kind of ethnic cooking class?
Reply:Sleepovers are always fun.

~Maybe you could go out (movies or dinner or rollerskating or bowling?) and then go back to your house.

~Have a few movies on hand just in case you run out of things to do.

~We had a karaoke competition once. It was hilarious we just laughed at ourselves and each other.

~And pigging out is a must at a good party. It's unhealthy....but just for one night!

~Just sit and talk about what's been hppening. B*tch about people you hate.

~Play games....my favourite ones involve chocolate:

*You get a bowl (or a few, depeds on how many peoploe there are...funner with a few people and one bowl)of M%26amp;Ms or Smarties and give everyone a straw. Then everyone has to suck up the chocolate with the straws and add them to the pile. At the end of it everyone can only eat the ones they got.

*You put a block of chocolate in the freezer for a while. Then you get a plate and a knife and fork...and some clothes like shirts, gloves, scarf, etc. Then one person rolls a dice and then the next person rolls it...and keep going until someone rolls a 6. The person that rolls a 6 has to put on some of the clothing (set an amount like 3 pieces or something) and then try to cut and eat the chocolate with the knife and fork. Meanwhile everyone keeps rolling the dice until another person gets a 6, the other person has to stop eating and give the plate over to the new roller of the 6.

Maybe for the crafts you could buy a canvas and have all your friends paint pictures and write messages on it. Get lots of paint...glittery ones are good =P I've been to a couple of parties where they've done this and it's always really popular.

Happy birthday and have fun!! ^__^
